January 28 — One Night in Oaxaca
Chef Dustin Martin cooks Mexican with an à la carte menu inspired by early January travels to Oaxaca and a deep, long-standing passion for Mexican food.
February 14 — Valentine’s Day at Nina June
Our annual Valentine’s Day prix-fixe extravaganza. $100 per person for food only.
Beverages, tax, and automatic gratuity are additional.
February 20–21 — Palestine at Nina June
In honor of this year’s Camden Conference theme on the Middle East, Nina June will cook the extraordinary food of Palestine for two nights. Expect a mix of familiar dishes and lesser-known favorites, all served à la carte.
March 25 — Itameshi Night
Itameshi is the term for Italian-Japanese cuisine—a combination that may sound unexpected but makes perfect sense. Both traditions prize simplicity, seasonality, and the highest-quality ingredients. Beginning in the 1980s, Japanese chefs traveled to Italy to study Italian cooking, sparking a beautiful culinary exchange that many Italian chefs embraced in return. Nina June will dig deep into this fusion for a one-night-only à la carte menu.
April 15 — One Night in Persia
Sara has long been fascinated by Persian cuisine, one of the great food traditions of the world. Think vibrant vegetables, fresh herbs, saffron-scented rice, and yogurt. Nina June will serve an à la carte menu of Persian favorites.
May 6 — One Night in Mexico (Again!)
Because one night is not enough. We’ll return to the flavors of Mexico with a fresh, special à la carte menu.
