SPRING IN TUSCANY 🌿
Wild herbs, blossoms, market baskets, and long lunches in the countryside.
In spring 2027, we’re gathering for a new six-night experience in Sara’s Tuscan valley, celebrating the season through cooking, foraging, preserving, and the traditions that have shaped this landscape for centuries.
Together we’ll:
🌿 Forage for spring greens and wild herbs
🥣 Learn the art of seasonal preserving and fermentation
🍝 Cook and share meals inspired by the day’s harvest
⛪ Visit the spectacular Sanctuary of La Verna, its Botanical Garden and historic Antica Farmacia, where centuries of herbal knowledge still live on
🍷 Explore hill towns, meet local producers, and experience Tuscany at its freshest and most vibrant
🇮🇹 Spend time in Cortona and Arezzo
We’ll make our home in a beautifully renovated farmhouse in Sara’s Tuscan valley, with just 8 guests. The week includes six nights, daily breakfasts and lunches, dinners with Sara and special guests, excursions, cooking, foraging, and plenty of time around the table.
A week for curious cooks, gardeners, and anyone who loves slowing down and experiencing Italy through its food, landscapes, and traditions.
